SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments will be sent via Royal Mail. Providing your items are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 4 working days of receiving payment.  If items are temporarily out of stock we will aim to ship them within 14 days. All our products are produced in small batches.  Some products are made in limited numbers and will not be re-stocked once sold out.

 Please get in contact for any shipping or product enquires.

The final price quoted on the payments page after you have specified your location is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel an order and receive a full refund prior to delivery, if the order has not already been dispatched.

Dispatched orders will be fully refunded minus shipping cost, once the product has been returned unused & undamaged.

DUTY & CUSTOMS

Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt.

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

We sincerely hope you will be happy with our products.

​

If a product does not meet with your expectations or you have simply changed your mind, You may return perfect goods for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

​

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and be adequately insured for the return journey - please refer to proof of posting*

Returns costs are the customers responsibility,

You are eligible for a full refund less the outbound shipping, once we have received and inspected the goods. All returned goods must include the completed returns form with original order number.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.

We hope unlikely, but if you receive goods that are damaged or faulty. Please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to -

enquires@studiobigwood.com  within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

 

Where a claim of defect or damage is made - the goods must be returned to Studiobigwood within 14 days of delivery. You will be entitled to a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs plus any return postal charges) if the goods are in fact defective.

We will issue a refund or replacement as requested.

This undertaking is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.

* PROOF OF POSTING

For your own protection, you are advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility, refunds cannot be processed for goods lost in transit. 

A proof of posting will help you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
